help no power

i got a 89 240 with a ka24e 5 speed 120 000 miles on it
here is my prob 1 and 2nd gear reves to 5500 6000 rpm 3rd gear it wont rev over 4000 it has no power
i have done a comp test it was 160 on all 4
cam timming is right
all 4 injecters do fire
i am useing this car as a dirt race car on a 1/3
it is running real lean
i cant figure it out so please help
