HELP! ,no power, PLEASE ..LET THERE BE LIGHT!

okay ,i decided to put together my dissassembled kade motor ,fortunatelly i did not drop the motor in the car and i had a friend of a friend help and so he got it in but didnt plug in the pigtails to the destinated spots so im having trouble with that, also i put a battery in the car ,after 4 months of sitting and connected the battery to the cables and no power ,nada... dont know whats going on, i took the original grounded piece off and re-grounded it to the engine bay near the stut tower, i dont think it matters if i grounded it in a higher position than said battery? no.. and if one pigtail from the harness isnt connected under the hood (aside from the battery cables) would that be a stop so the vehicle wouldnt recieve power? ,..idk whats going on with it but the truth is i have little time and not enough patience for this loss of power issue. any feedback will be appreciated though.
