Help! No lights on dash

Looking for some help. Seems like a relay but I can't find it. Wipers dash light and power outlets not working. I'm stumped

I know for my model (1998), there is a fuse labeled 'ELEC B' (I believe) in the fusebox below the steering wheel. I've had that blow while messing with LED installation for my dome light.. Maybe check that?
