help! no gas?

my newest theory to why my ka24de s13 will not run is because my injectors aren't working? when i checked my plugs they are all wet, but when feelign them they seem to be wet with oil? its all black, maybe i will include a picture later of them if any of you wish. so how do i check to see if my injectors are working or if its electrical or somethign else? i checked resistance of all 4 injectors, from left to right they read 10.8,11.4,11.4,11.0 thanks for all the help!

Noid light on your injectors. If all 4 are shot, there's probably another culprit though...

...all injectors checked out fine. i'm really puzzled, what other culprit could there be?

fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter. when you turn the key to acc, do you hear a low humming noise? if not its your fuel pump.
