Help: No Fuel No Spark at once

I was using an emance tune ecu for my 440 injectors on my 97 KAIt was running crappy so I plugged in my stock ECU and It wouldnt start.I thought it was fryed so I got another Stock 97 ECU and It wont start. It will crank hard but theres no spark and no fuel. I doubt both the ECU's are fryed but what eles could It be. ?
