SO i just changed one of my injectors and after I plugged in the small fuel pump plug on the drivers side kick panel and tried to crank. I gave a loud spark noise and didnt crank over at all. So i figured the battery was dead. so i hooked up the jumper cables and tried again. Nothing. I noticed the security light wasn't on at all anymore (it was before i started the injector change) so I just unplugged the relay under the hood that says "THEFT USA" and tried again, still nothing. I plugged in the relay again and tried. Nothing. I unplugged the box by the ECU that says "theft warning" or whatever and tried. Nothing. I can hear all the relays click like it's about to try to start, but it doesn't even crank. If i let off the clutch and push it again while holding the key at START i can hear a click so it's registering the clutch switch. I tried disconnecting the battery for awhile, nothing. Tried holding the hood button down, nothing. Checked the fuses in the drivers side and under the hood by the drivers side light, all good.

ECU in diagnostic mode II read 55 "No malfunctions"

WTF IS GOING ON?!?!? I finally get my injectors and now the car doesnt want to start. It started fine just before I did the injectors as I unplugged the green plug and started it to relieve all the fuel pressure. What is the problem! I'm being frustrated and already started stabbing the car with a flat head screw driver im just about to call the junkyard and let them take the headache away!!

First thing is to find out where the 'spark sound' came from. A Hot touching? A ground loose? Look for anything burnt looking... And try to smell around under the passenger dash.

The other thing that comes to mind is the main fuses by the battery, check those

Thanks for the info. I did smell a weird smell for a second but couldn't trace it as it went away too fast. After checking everything, I decided to jump the plug for the starter relay to see if that might have went bad. Found out the relay was bad. After jumping the plug, it started right up. Does the starter relay have something to do with the factory security? My light isn't coming on or flashing at all like it used to (ie taking the key out and opening the door, having the hood open, etc.). Could it be that they are working together somehow? I know the factory security can cut the ignition as a theft thing, but this would be the other way around. Maybe since the relay isn't there it isn't sending a signal to the security, therefore crippling it altogether...

Yeah replace the relay and see if the security comes back. Or the security bulb itself is out..
