HELP...Nissan Xterra brake lights do not work

I checked the bulbs and fuses and they are fine. My tail lights work but my brake lights do not work. What next????

There's a switch at the brake pedal arm. See if the wire's are loose +/or check that the switch isn't broken.
You should also be able to do a circuit test for power and ground if you have a multi-meter.
