We dont have Nissan dealership, the closest one is 4.5 hours away.

93 240sx starting problem

I have 93 240sx that will not start first thing in the morning without giving it some throttle. Starts fine when engine has warm up & will start fine in the morning when it is cold enough for the high idle kick in. It has had a tune up and the fuel pressure regulator replaced but still gives me the same starting problem. IT is spending at lot time and money in the shop with local mechanic getting no were with it....

check your coolant temp sensor for corrosion in the connector. if present clean with battery terminal cleaner both the connector and the sensor pinch the female pins a little tighter to get a good bite in the sensor pins.
