Couple things to check:
1. Make sure you are actually getting fuel IN the cyls. You might smell fuel in the engine bay, but make sure that after cranking your plugs are wet with fuel. You should be able to see them wet and smell the fuel on them.
2. When you set your timing, make sure you do it at TDC on the compression stroke, not on the exhaust stroke. You can double check this by screwing a compression tester into cyl #1, popping the gauge off of it and putting your thumb over the end. Manually crank the engine slowly... you will feel pressure build up under your thumb right before TDC-- double check that thats the TDC you've been setting your timing for.
3. How exactly are you checking for spark? You should be pulling your plugs one at a time, plugging the wire back on and resting it on the valve cover so it grounds. You should see the arcing of the the spark while you crank.
4. Is your fuel old? How long has the car been sitting? Do you have good fuel pressure (you will need a gauge)?
5. Check your throttle plate to make sure its not sticking, double check all of your intake/IC piping/manifold for any kind of clog that might stop air from getting into the engine. Did you leave a rag in there? I did that once.
6. What kind of fuel managment system are you using? Is this even a turbo car or is it stock? You might have some sort of electrical problem associated with a piggyback or whatever... Tell us more about your setup.
Thats it for now... keep hunting it down!
