HELP! New engine needed

Hi all,

New member here and recently purchased a yellow 1984 Datsun/Nissan 720 4x4 Pickup with Z24 engine in it for cheap. Of course of why being it cheap, it needed a new engine, is there any suggestions on where I can acquire a new one for cheap?

I wanted to paint it darker yellow and refinish the black on the body so it'd be sweet but apparently I got shat on.

Hey Jorge, welcome aboard!

Is the motor gone, or beyond repair? If not, there's no reason you couldn't just get it rebuilt locally.

Other alternatives: Check Craigslist and local wrecking yards (but they'll be unknown condition).
