Help needed with passenger door window

Heard a click (like something breaking). Now the window moves all the way up and down freely (no resistance or support). Is this a regulator/motor/or something else (or how do I diagnose)? Thanks.

It's a regulator. You should be able to hear the motor run when you push the switch. The regulators are plastic and fail with age and use. Get a new one from Scottsdale Infiniti, pull off the door panel and work through the holes to remove and replace.
