Hi,

After all the stories of these being available at wrecking yards for around $US50 and the Oz dollar being so strong, I thought imaybe I can get someone to help me out and get some sent over....for a price of course.

All I would need is to have them, sourced, packed on a crate and sent to the nearest freight forwarding company.

Yes I will reimburse you for all costs and of course the time you have spent getting this for me.

I would prefer them all of the same model as these will be going through some R&D. Feel free to recommend which model would be most suited. I already have an early model 8 port head but if the later ones were betterm i am open to suggestions.

If anyone out there can help and would like some extra $$$'s, just let me know.

Cheers,Ariel

Seems it wouild be a lot cheaper to import JDM take outs?

Many here were totaled by the cash for clunkers program. Be careful.

Tell ya what, you find me one AWD VH41 and one RWD VH41 (or both AWD, both with spider manifolds) and I'll trade straight up.

I wish I could help but it's hard enough for me to find ONE around here!

Have you checked US eBay? There's always a bunch on there that really aren't too expensive.

the hardest part is organising the freight for individual items and having a few spare would be handy for some development.

i thought since a few have spun bearings and simply went to the wreckers to buy one, it wouldn't be too hard.

I'm tempted to help you with this, just to see what R&D you come up with.

Shoot me an email in (found in my profile)

Guys, may I ask you to update this thread, too, if there's progress? I might be interested in something like this, too, so I'd like to know about the costs, if I may. Thanks!

I have a clean 1990 engine for sale, and I will take it a local freight dock for shipping.

Send me a message and we can work out the details. I'll also help you find the other engines you want.

I have a clean 1990 engine for sale $450, and I have a commercial shipping account that might be able to save you some money on shipping all of your engines.
