HELP NEEDED !!

the lawn movers that come to my house scratched the paint off my car with their edger .. please help .. i dont know how to fix it and i really dont want to buy a new bumper ..

Just take it to the body shop, nothing you can really do to yourself besides some touch up paint. But that's a no no imo. Make the lawn mower guys pay for it.

do you have any clue on how much it would cost to paint the bumper?

I can't tell from the picture if there's any dents on the bumper but if so, take off the bumper and heat up the area with a heat gun/hair dryer and push out the dent. As far as paint goes, a body shop or touch-up paint is your best bet. Someone in a truck backed into me with their trailer hitch so I had to do that and the damage is unnoticeable.
P.S. If you try to push out a dent, heat up the paint too so it doesn't crack.

i sorta cant drive it as i recently bought it and i dont have the title yet .. so it just stays in the drive way.. and i noticed the scratches about a 2 days ago , although its obvious that the its edger , i cant prove that he did . so i cant make them pay if they deny it....
