So we started by adjusting TPS after that we went for a run car drove smoother that before. But I was only boosting up to 5lbs.
We adjusted Internal Wastegate for more boost. Went for another test drive car felt great boosted up to about 12 lbs which is way to high for my stock internals. Ran car again but this time car started sputtering around 8lbs. So we decided to re gap my plugs which for what ever reason were gapped at 40 dropped it to 28 went for another run but car kept stuttering so we re-gapped to a couple different gaps and no cigar.Even gapped back to 40 and it idles fine for 10 seconds and then it starts wanting to turn off. When I drive it once I start getting into boost the car starts stuttering like if I have a boost leak but we couldn't find one. Not sure if this is normal but when we disconnected the maf the car idles normal. Tried a different Maf and as soon as we connect it the car starts idleing bad and shuts off.

We checked compression and it was 190 all across, oil, gas, distributor cap, Changed spark plugs.
Any ideas what could be wrong?
SORRY FOR LONG POST.

SET-UP
95 KA stock internals, JWT ECU, 370cc Inj, ITB's, BOV, intercooler, Turbo, AFR Gauge, FPR.

What Fuel Pressure are you reading at idle, on and off vaccum?

Wondering if that MAF is getting turbulance, it shouldn't, but it is a weird intake tube.

VACUUM OFF 43
VACUUM ON 36

FYI - Intake is not the problem. Ive had this set up for a long time with no problems until yesterday.

Unless there is a boost leak you can't find then I'm stumped. Unless it something to do with the ITBs, but I'm clueless there.

just finished up a swap for my boy in a spec we had the same problem swapped tps didnt change anything then we did mafs problem solved.
id say either A) put a scanner to it and see what your tps is reading
B) put a scanner to it see what the maf is reading
C) swap the maf for a new one and check it out it that doesnt work just return the maf
i would think its the maf

At this point my friend changed, Harness, ECU, TPS, MAF, Distributor, spark plugs, spark plug wires and nothing. Car sounds like crap when he turns it on. Some backfiring.Wont stay on. Next thing he is changing is the injectors. All this seems to weird. We didn't do much adjusting to anything before all this happened. Any other suggestions would be great.

You said it was running fine earlier right?

Cause I was going to ask if the ECU was set up for that MAF/Injectors.

Changed all electrical parts and still car doesn't want to idle anymore. Turns on and if u give it gas it bogs and dies.
Changed ECU,Harness,TPS,Injectors w/ Rail ,MAF, Distributor, spark plugs, spark plug wires and nothing. Only thing left is to open the motor and see whats going on inside. This SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Plenum came apart from the bottom seam. A little bit of tape and it's on... Time to make a new & improved Plenum.
