Help needed!

I'm lost... I have fuel spark compression and timing is right, But when i have the car idling and i pull #2&3 fuel injector, no idle changes.. same thing with 2&3 spark plugs... No idle change.. but when i pull #1 and 4 it dies out on me... Wtf? all my injectors are good, i have new spark plugs, new wires and a new cap... Someone help me. -_-' Do you think my automatic ecu is doing this? and I just need to swap in a manual one? The engine is a ka24de out of an s13, swapped into an s14 with an s14 intake manifold and an s14 dizzy.
