help needed from nismo type a fpr owners

just trying to get feedback from others running this fpr but i installed it and went start my car but when the fuel pump is priming the fpr hissing likes its losing vacuum. what happened was i adjusted it and when i let that screw out a little there was almost like a seal broken cuz i could hear fuel bubbling through as though it was held and then all pressure was released. and now the half of the fpr with the vac line is loose and rotates around. the hissing is coming from where the 2 halves go together. the gauge reads 40 lbs for the pressure and responds to the fpr being adjusted. i'm just worried since there seems to be no way to tight the halves and stop the hissing and rotating. thanks for any help
