i have a 2002 qx4 4x4 and want to do a little maintenance. Im wanting to change the spark plugs and im wondering if its required or recommended that i replace the spark plug boots as well? Also, im wanting to replace the rear shocks this year and the front shocks next year but ive read that replacing the rear shocks alone wont fix the minor sag issue i have on the rear. ive looked at buying springs for the rear but all i can find are listings for pathfingers. i just want to raise it back up to stock height. Thanks for the help.

I've heard of a few people replacing the boots too, but just the plugs should be sufficient. Make sure to only get the recommended NGK PLFR5A-11 plugs.

Any springs that you find that fit the same year and similarly equipped Pathfinders will fit the QX4. That part of their suspension is absolutely identical, and the curb weight is even the same. I'm planning on replacing mine this summer and will be getting Moog 81115s for the rear.
