Help Needed--Confirm Info on Song Title-Artist Name Display

Have problem with displaying burned CD's artist name and title. Using Media Player 11 on vista machine but have been ripping music under WMA (superior quality). Regarless of how tag information stored (WPL or M3U) info doesn't appear on M45 screen. Since manual says tag information ony uses ID3 tags (MP3) only do I have to re-rip music in MP3 format to get the info displayed???

Is there a way to contact infiniti for help on this? I imagine most PC users are creating libraries with WMA format, certainly a large number and would be very frustrating to have to record at a weaker sound quality.

I used to have that problem but then I switched over to Real Player. No matter what format i record it in the info is displayed on the screen. I say try Real Player first before contacting anyone. I have the basic version.
