Ive checked my starter at auto zone and i know their is power going to it. While trying to crank it, i hear a click from the fuse below the intake box and notice my radio blinks off then on. So does the clock light but it doesn't try to turn over. I give thanks to any replies.

check battery voltage at rest, then during cranking.

it should be ~12V at rest, and I'd imagine ~11V cranking. If it drops to like 7V while cranking, the battery is dead.

also check the starting circuit. It sounds to me that the popping sound you hear is a relay. You can be getting power to the starter but not the ignition. remember the starting circuit is two parts, cranking and ignition.

autozone sucks. test it on a bench. may be a poor connection in the starter. is it cold, hot when it does this?

I am very certain it is the battery (or battery connection, best case).

The reason the radio goes off is because the starter is pulling whatever little "juice" is available from the battery. And this pulling-down effect does not leave enough power for the other accessories or the fuel pump relay.
