help, needed asap rb25 driving me nuts

i have a rb25series 2 in 96 240 mkinney wiring harness.when driving the car spools to 12 lbs wideband 11.8 at full throttle. the car sound like its screaming but feels like something holding back like your tied to a 18 wheeler.been on phone with mack at mckinney very willing to help and walked through several nights can not figure out.checked everything, afm,boost leaks,compression,timing,belt.its crazy pull out put to floor boosts to 12lbs,fuel pressure good ,wideband good sounds like your pushing like beach ball through a garden hose.like it has a major restriction but doesnt have 3in manderal pipe all the way back off turbo gt35r,tried another wastegate nothing changed,another blowoff valve also i noticed somtimes when i start the car the check engine light blinks rev a little goes away rev again blinks somtimes dont blink for week never did this before swap stock rb25 ecu and mkinney wiring harness i just dont get it can someone that has more experience with these engines write back thanks.

I got a headache trying to read that.

Since it spools well and hits 12psi maybe you should have it dyno'd and see if your making the power you should be. Have you had it tuned for the GT35R?
