help needed! 90 s13 with rb20, barely starts, sputters, dies

hey, i have a 1990 s13 with a third gen rb20 swap into it, i bought it not running, and put a new wiring specialties harness on, now it will start, but barely, and it will run sometimes for up to around 30 seconds, but thats the longest. it has zero throttle response, and wont do anything. ignitor chip should be good as we have replaced it, tried it without having the IAC and the MAF plugged in, it made no changes. last night i noticed the radiator was completely dry due to a leak, fixed and refilled it, but it wont run long enough to warm up to cycle coolant through. also, we did check spark, and we are getting pretty good spark. any thoughts or ideas? anyone know of anybody familiar with rb20s around the madison, wi area?
