Help! Need to identify PS line fitting

I am doing SOCH to DOCH conversion right now and don't have a power steering low pressure return line. I do have high pressure one. So I want to fab up one myself.I need to identify to type of fitting these power steering lines and power steering rack has on them.Does any one know what type of fittings these are and their thread sizes?
