Help need suggestions on parts for my 240

Well i need help on buyign parts for my car becuase i just got a 1995 240sx from my uncle its all stock and i want to start getting parts becuase i have money not very much i just got a job i have around $600 so what should i start out with first for the car i will be getting a turbo or a supercharger later on when i get money and whichever one is better i dont really get the difference between the two. So like what should i get first for my car and an by which after market manufacter i was thinking a cold air intake first,exaust system,headers,air filter,then i dont know what after that.Because im jest getting into the car thing i mean i know stuff but not alot those the only parts i can think of first to get on the car so can you people give me suggestions? And whats better for my var a supercharger or turbo?
