HELP!!! Need ka24e(1990 SOHC) engine and transmission...PLEASE!!

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I have a white 1990 coupe, old engine blew up on me, well at least i think so. Im not really a mechanic but the last time i drove it it was knocking really loud. Before that for a few months it would make a wierd scratchy noise out of the hood. Also it would always turn off a couple of times in the morning no matter what. So anyone have any suggestions? I would really appreciate it.
