Got a friend who is converting an NA to E85 for the road and race fuel for the strip. Engine rebuild in progress with higher compression ratio (won't say how high) custom pistons, new ecu, and getting the AEM fuel pump from CZP along with new soft lines. Looking for 370cc injectors that are E85 compatible like the Deatschwerks ones. Wanting to keep intake and fuel rail stock for now.

Are there any other good options besides the Deatschwerks? Where is the best place to get these? Anybody with experience in E85 injectors have input? This car will NOT be a DD, it is his toy.

The reason I am looking ASAP I was approached by a family member of his asking if I could help pick something out for Christmas (last minute, I know...). He just hasn't got to the point in his build to get injectors yet, so he hasn't got them lined up. But the injectors are one of the few things not yet purchased as far as I know. Just trying to find the right thing at the right price, I know he was interested in the Deatschwerks 370cc's.

Thanks!

I could be wrong, but I don't that the injectors are the weak point when moving to E85. I'm pretty sure people run 740CC Nismo's with E85. That's not the 370CC you're looking for, but those aren't marketed especially as E85 compatible.

Also, I'd just call SpecialtyZ or ConceptZ. They should have some good thoughts on this.

Yes, he consulted with one of the aftermarket Z places (Z1, I think) and they recommended he get E85 compatible injectors because the OEM ones weren't. All else equal, 30-40% more fuel over the stock 270cc injectors is needed, so 370cc injectors (TT stock) are perfect. Anything more is just overkill and unnecessary. Don't need more fuel without more air, and charging is not happening. He has bored out a bit (don't remember how much, but not a lot, something like 3.1L), plan is to keep it NA, maybe put NOx later, not sure.
