Try disconnecting your battery for 10-15 mins, so the ECU has a chance to reset, and check all your engine earth wires.
Make sure they are secure, and not broken or corroded.
If that doesn't work, a P0300 code is usually thrown when one of the following occurs:
Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector(s)
Faulty spark plugs or wire
Faulty coil (pack)
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Stuck/blocked EGR valve / passages
Faulty camshaft position sensor
Defective computer
I know you have changed the plugs, coils, etc...
Check/replace the leads and the O2 sensors, and make sure you don't have a vacuum leak first.
You didn't mention if the car is running rough, stumbling, or any other symptoms.
Is it doing anything like this, or just throwing the code?
