I started up the car a few minutes later i got another for P0300 for random misfire. someone please explain this to me? how is this possible?

Try disconnecting your battery for 10-15 mins, so the ECU has a chance to reset, and check all your engine earth wires.
Make sure they are secure, and not broken or corroded.

If that doesn't work, a P0300 code is usually thrown when one of the following occurs:

Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector(s)
Faulty spark plugs or wire
Faulty coil (pack)
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Stuck/blocked EGR valve / passages
Faulty camshaft position sensor
Defective computer

I know you have changed the plugs, coils, etc...
Check/replace the leads and the O2 sensors, and make sure you don't have a vacuum leak first.

You didn't mention if the car is running rough, stumbling, or any other symptoms.
Is it doing anything like this, or just throwing the code?

Ok here's more updates, after I replaced the followings mentioned the car ran or I guess idled smooth, once it threw the code idle was stumbling and rough and it was also blowing white smoke out of the muffler, and I forgot to mention that I had to apply slight pressure on the gas pedal for the engine to start up.
