Hi I know this is an old post but I'm having the same problem, can't remove timing chain cover, already took off the oil pan and removed 3 bolts that I think that hold the cover to the upper oil pan but still can't remove it. Manual says that I need to remove upper oil pan meaning that I need to remove half of the front suspension is this true or there is another way? I though that if I removed both cam sprockets and cam bracket I would get the head off without taking off the timing chain cover but I couldn't take off the intake cam sprocket even tried an impact gun.

Thank you
