Help need adjusting door windows height

So since I bought my car, I've had a little problem. The driver's side window is as such that it doesn't go aaalll the way up, so what happens is there is a little noise when at high speed and... when I wash the car a little bit gets in... it's getting anoying... it'd be nice if I could fix this problem... I took the mask off the door and I didn't know where to begin... I see that the glass is inside held by two circular things or something... I'm confused and would like some help to get this problem fixed...

after taking off the door panel, there should be 4 nuts holding the window regulator to the frame. loosen those and have a friend pull it up a bit.
