HELP: Need a new RCA jack. Dealer wants $500 installed!

So my RCA cable snapped inside the jack (red one). I cannot get it out as it's jammed in there deep. The only solution would be to replace it and the dealer says Labor=150 and Part=370. That is a whopping $520. He said he can give me a discount to $475 but that is still s*** crazy isn't it? Any suggestions? I couldn't find the part online so if anyone can locate it for sale, I would be really curious to see what it is selling for.

RCA jacks are typically open tru to the other side I'm not sure if this one is. Do you have a flashlight? Shine it in the white one. If it is just push it through. If it isn't then use a small flat head screwdriver (the really small ones you use to tighten your glasses screws). That should allow you to fish it out.

The panel just pulls off (held on with clips). Once pulled off you should be able to fix the jack and/or tap into the lines and run a set of RCA jacks up front (center console maybe?) for easier access.

Thanks! I had no idea it came off that easy. I took it apart, unscrewed the system and freed the crap in there. I will get a cable tomorrow to test it and post the result.
