Hello, iam hopfulle turbo charging my Ka24de, and well iam going to use the sr20det t25/ which i have right now. For the water lines where did you guys connect it to, for the feed and return. Also if any one can help me out, i just blew my head gasket and well as of right now iam trying to take of the manifold Exhaust, and the The metal line which i think/believe its to the EGR valve is a pain to take out, if i turbo it will i still have to use that same line on the turbo, the eblow has the fitting for the o2 sensor, and another hole. Please bear with me here iam getting started on the turbo kit, i have been trying to look around everywhere including this forum website, but nothing, so if any can post up some pictures, that would help or even explain detailed to me thanks a million

dont use the water cooling on the turbo, you wont need the egr, plug it p. you can keep it with the turbo if you spend a little time on it. good luck, and dosome searching

As for the egr. After fightign with it for 4hrs I can remove and block off the system in about 15minutes.Take a sawzall cut your egr pipe closest to the engine as possible. Remove the 3 bolts holding on the egr.Yank it out of there.Careful of vaccum hoses(chances are they need to be replaced anywayz) Undo the 2 remaining bolts on the egr.If you got a plate made then put it over the hole then botl back in.Or like I did I bought some sheetmetal for a heat shield.Cut off a small piece and put it inbetween the hole and egr. Then bolted the egr back on.Need a 1/4'' ratchet and extensions. Swivel might help on the one bolt.
