well how much do u put in when u fill at that mileage?

in the winter my mileage drops like 2 mpg, in summer is get 23-24 mpg in winter now i get 21-22 mpg (mostly city driving) highway boosts it a lot.

but calculate ur mileage on how many miles u drive and then how much u put in and divide

i hope you meant 50 extra miles to the tank instead of mpg, or im going to have to go buy a new coolant temp sensor.

The S14 tank is 17 gallons, and I get about 17 - 18 mpg out of my automatic S14, which means about 275 - 300 out of a full tank, so you're not far off. My car will get worst mileage than a 5 speed, plus I drive the snot out of it! I'm just afraid of what my mileage will be like after I turbo it. Worse mileage + premium gas = thinner wallet.

A quick search will show you that the numbers you are getting are quite normal. Dont worry

I see, Thank you so much, but I have done some research , i thought that 240 City is around 21 - 22 and Highway is around 28?

so if 17 * 25 (City and High Way), Should we get somwhere around 350 or so?

Ok here we go. The S-14 has a 16.7 gallon tank. The automatic will technically get better gas milage because it has over drive and in top gear it will run about 300-400rpms less than a 5 speed in 5th gear, you can make up for the difference if you shift gears at like 2500rpms but do you know anyone with an S14 who does that? On a stock S14 I used to get about 360-380miles (city) before the fuel light would come on. I now have no cat and a straight exhaust system, (Hotshot header, 2.5" test pipe and 3" Apexi N1 exhaust) and I can get about 345 miles to a tank, (city) almost 400 (highway). If you are getting crappy milage then change your plugs, wires, and O2 sensors. Also CHECK your fuel injectors and fuel filter.

Thats awesome! I almost forgot that the s13 has a smaller tank.

On the highway I get very close to 300-325 in fifth gear. (80mph) IN the city, should I drive nice, I average about 22-25 mpg.

From what I've read and seen, the car can go about 50-60 miles on the light. I'm not that daring though.

Usually, all you have to do accelerate slower.

Oh... and I shift at 2500 rpm...

lol... i dunno exactly what i getmy fuel gauge is broken, but when it worked i avg'd out that i was getting about 250 mp/tank... maybe that the gauge is just a warning before you get too low? I never saw a gas light in my life in my S14... lol

also calculated my highway mileage last time i went on a road trip and was getting 30mph highway at like 75-80 mph (calculated with a 17 gal tank tho)

and im a short shifter, never above 3k unless im really running her...

i usually fill up every 260 or so miles for 11-13 gallons. So it bounces around 20 or so mpg but I'm not exactly easy on her either. When I went to Arizona and back to get my new dash, I averaged 80-100mph the whole trip and was getting 350 miles a tank. Not bad considering the #1 spark plug isn't seated right, and the spark plug wire is split but electric taped together(she misses slightly). With a tune-up and a light foot, I could probably boost my mileage greatly.

But why would I do that?

My SR is getting about 26mpg. That was mostly hwy with just a tad of boost here and there.

Most of the time it gets about 14psi and 14mpg.
