help my nissan maxima sometimes needs a jump to start

Battery or alternator not working correctly. Stop by an auto parts store and heve them run a charging system test on your car.--Mike

Also make sure your terminals are clean on the battery. If you jump it and it stays running, your alternator is likely good and either you battery is bad or the terminals are dirty not allowing a proper charge.
