my clutch was working perfectly, and out of nowhere as I came to release the pedal from a shift the pedal just stayed on the floor, and now I can't get the car into gear, and the pedal moves up and down like a dead pedal. My clutch pedal doesn't spring back or have pressure going down. you basicall have to pull and push it with your hand. I checked everything, no leaks, and I even changed the slave cylimder and rebled the system and it feels exactly the same. I spend like 20 minutes bleeding the dampener box too ( so i don't think it's that) and I felt absolutely no difference in the clutch pedal afterwards. I just want a running car to get me to school. how much will it cost me to get my baby running again?

Have you checked your clutch master cylinder to see if it is leaking?

Yea check around the firewall (both sides) and see if there is any fluid leaking from the mastercylinder. I bet that is your problem.

first make sure all the lines are tightu should also try bypassing your clutch damper. that was causing me tons of problems on my s13. i got a new ms and slave only to find it still not working. i bypassed it and now it works fine. its underneath the passenger side and all you gotta do is disconnect the hardline going into it and bend it (carefully!!!) to go into the bracket that goes into the rubber clutch line. http://garage.projectraine.com....htmlif not that then replace your master and slave cylnder. get them from rockauto.com, maaaadd cheap and good quality. get raybestos brand

WOW First thanks everyone for trying to help me out, I'm really tight spot with money right now and the last thing i need to have to pay someone to remove the transmission.

but I did take everything you guys said into consideration, but another I think you guys should know is that, the fork, fully pulled to the back of the car (by hand) is too far for the slave cylinder to reach. AND the fork pushed all the way to the front of the car by hand doesn't come as close as i think it should. pushed foward it definately fits in with push rod of the S.C. but once you start pumping the clutch, the push rod basically comes all the way out and never really pushes the fork any farther than what I can lightly do hand.

also one more thing... my clutch felt perfect before, and only after one step on the clutch it just never came up on its own. there were no leaks, and the fluid level didn't change at all.

Sounds like the clutch fork pivot ball may have broken or the fork itself is f**ked up.

could it maybe be that my pressure plate went out? and that's what is not making the fork come back? i heard the fork never breaks or something.

The pressure plate could have collapsed but you would think you would have felt it going out. Regardless it looks like you are going to have to pull the transmission anyway to find your problem.
