I have a 93' 240sx, 5-speed. Well I got in the car and pressed the clutch down and cranked the car. It normally roars up to around 2-3 rpms and idles at 1.5 rpms when cold and then around 0.6 rpms when warm. Well, instead, it shook like it was stalling out. I sounded like it wasnt getting enough gas to engine. I shut it off and started it again and the same thing. While the engine seemed like it was choking, I pumped the gas pedal to maybe try to help it and it did nothing. After few seconds it reved up to 1 rpm and was just fine.

While I was driving, I notice the cluch felt weird. I pressed on it half way and it felt loose, then you can feel the clutch pressure.

Anybody have any idea whats going on? Please help me.

check your master cylinder to se if there is any leaks at all. that could be your problem.

yah check your fluid reservoirs. most likely theres a leak. slave cylinder could have gone out. check the master cylinder, the boot might of ripped.. it happened to me. i bought a brand new one from frsports.com of course! got the nabco one. fill up the clutch master cylinder and pump the clutch see where its coming from. check the fluids throughout the week to see if you're losing fluid. most likely that'll be the problem.
