Help!!! my car wont start

i just got my head rebuilt on a ka24e and put it back on, with new water pump, timing hain and tensioners. i deceided to take the emmissions stuff off since i live in sc (no inspections) my timing is ok but it still wont start, the engine jumps around and cuts off PLEASE HELP!!!!! whats wrong?

its on time, but the engine just wont hold idle and stay running
