help my 240SX is giving me a ba..ache !!!

hi guys girls i have a 1993 240SX dohc ka24de and recently when i start it I have to crank the engine a while like for 5 seconds then it starts , when Im going to school if I floor it it sound like its drowning in gas and i have to wait like 3 seconds to feel the car advancing then when it cleans that it revs great I hear back fires but no black smoke if there is I dont see it, i have changed the fuel filter, sparks, i seafoam the system (oil and gas),changed the ECTS(engine coolant temp sensor)? what can you guys recommend or suggest???
