HELP ! my 2000 frontier has squeeling belts

i have replaced all belts an idler pulleys and when i crank the engine i get a loud squeel, rev it up or wait 3 seconds and it goes away untill i re-start it again, any ideas on what to look for ?

Try snugging the belts down more. Also use Nissan belts.
