Help!! Misfire after new Cams and Intake Manifold!!!!

Okay, picked up the car from the shop late today. Drove it home and for the 40 miles to break in the cams and it drove great. (Kept it under 4K). Well, finally get the miles on it and I want to see what it can do, and it Misfires like crazy!! Well, at least I think it's a misfire. It's that or detonation. Basically it's undriveable if you dog it. The car ran great before and the only changes are JWT S4 cams and Greddy Intake Manifold. Had Scott retune it. Checked the plugs, NGK BRK7ES gapped at .032. A little high, but thats how it was before and it ran fine. What should I check? Major boost leak maybe? The car runs fine with no hesitation unless I give it full throttle. ARgghhhh!!

No, but I'm going to check it this afternoon. Wouldn't that make it run like crap at low rpm's too?
