So my buddy bought this BOV and We're trying like heck to figure out how to mount this BOV. It's very weird. It's one of those ones from Tyfoon motorsports.

Looks like that. One of those Apexi/turbo xs knockoff BOV's. It didn't come with a flange. How exactly does one go about mounting it in an SR? He asked me, but I'm stumped.

**edit: I put a more accurate picture up.

you'll need some hosing and a clamp to secure it. either in your hotpipe or the throttle intake pipe (after the a IC) you'll need to mount this. It'll require that you have a small extension off of the pipe that this mounts to. Weld a small piece of tubing to the pipe and fit the hosing around it, then slide the BOV into the hosing and clamp the ends down. The shorter the hosing, the better.

I didn't pay anything, my friend did. I warned him against it. But now he has it. I'm in the process of trying to get him to return it and take the $12 loss (shipping).

It looks a lot like the Turbo XS BOV. Did it come with shims to adjust it if it starts to leak?

That would fit on the little pipe coming out of the lower hot pipe on the Greddy kit with a hose adaptor. Otherwise you would have to weld on a 1 3/8 or whatever size that is pipe to your exsisting IC pluming and then hook the 2 together with a short length of rubber hose.
