Help me with my Ka-t Build up.

Hey guys i Have a ka24de i wanna get it turbo'd i have the follow parts i have a turbo out of a Saab its a garret its like .60 and like the ar is like .48. i have a Stock IC of a WrX and i have greddy Emanage and a turbo timer. and i have like all the bolt on parts for my car. i want to get up to 200-250hp(dont wanna run too much psi like 8 or so.) so what else do i need? i just found out that the z31 t3 turbo works good in 240s i can get one for pretty cheap would i be better off with the z31 t3? i dont know to much about z31 t3 but could this Down Pipe and Dump Tube http://www.phatka-t.com/s13downpipedump.htm. what mani, injectors should i get?

Better of doing a v-mount intercooler setup.
