Help me with my 90 240 it won't idle in the cold?

HEy i am new to this so i how i am doing it right! I have a 1990 240sx manual andit will not idle and runs like crap when its cold out? It will not idle it will sputter and when you shift to let rpms drop and then let clutchout it shakes till rpm get back up? I have had this car for a year now and it has ran great till it started geting cold? I have been crewing with it for all witer and i cant figure it out? I changed the plugs and wire din't help and it like jumps rpms it will go up and down and then finally die. If you have any idea what this is please help me out, this is my last resort!
