Help Me Tune!?! Advice

Well To Start Off At The Start Of Last Summer I Got A Pretty Awesome Deal Of Getting A 1979 Datsun 280zx (not2+2) For 100$! Talk About A Steal Right, Anyway This Is My First Car And It Needs A Little Work, The Engine Is Very Reliable And Still In Very Good Shape As For The Interior Well I Plan On Getting That Done Soon Enough =P, But I'm Getting About 1,500$ And I Wanted To Use That Money To Tune My Car. With The Exception Of The Interior Costs I Should Have About 1000 Left To Work On The Motor But At The Same Time It Is An Ongoing Project. I Wanted To Get That Nasty Fuel Injection Out Put On Some Headers, New Urethane Bushing Set, Maybe Find A Junk Yard Turbo, Short Throw Shifter And Thats About All I Can Think Of Off The Top Of My Head But I Was Wondering What Some Thoughts Were Or Maybe Some Suggestions On What To Do To The Car, Some Brands To Use, What Not To Do =P. It Also Seems Like Alot Of The Parts Out There For The 280zx Are Mainly For 1980 Model Will These Still Work On My Car? to the best of my knowledge the 80 model is the same as the 79, at any rate the turbo swap is definitely a great bang for the buck swap, if you got money to spend after the swap I'd suggest a front mount intercooler and a boost controller and gauge, I highly recomend the treadsotne TRV185, and the the cost of all those pipes and hoses add up fast to be prepared to spend as much on piping as you do on the intercooler or at least it sure seems that way, this will get you running 12-13 psi saefely and getting somewhere in the neighborhood of 220 whp, considering you car right now makes closer to120 whp
