i have a 90 240sx and i need help taking out my speedometer can anyone help me with pictures and or instructions on how to do that please help me!!!!!!!!!

i don't have any pics or a specific step by step process... but basically you need to remove all the screws holding the cluster to the dash, then unhook the cable from the back of the speedo and pull the cluster

hopefully someone has a better explanation for you... but its really not that hard once you get in there and do it

ive did that and in the process i split the plastic behind my steering wheel in half do i need to take off my steerin g wheel too and when i got the cluster loose i really couldnt pull it off enough to where i can see to unplug the cable

Just drop your steering colum. Take the plastic off that goes around your turn signal and what not, then there are 2 14mm bolts that hold the colum up, remove those then remove the plastic around the cluster, then remove the cluster. Pretty simple man
