If you don't know what size to use, then i would suggest not making it yourself.

What kind of mufflers are you going to use? What point of the exhaust system are you planning on starting off with (cat, mid pipe, axle)?

go a 1/4 inch up from whatever you're original size is. good rule of thumb. If you go forced induction go 1/2 inch up.

Im with you on that one. I want that deep Borla sound and I want a full cat-back from Borla so I guess the only way to go is make your own or find a shop. Since I dont know the first thing about exhausts to begin with I'm trying to find a shop around here. I already e-mailed a few asking what parts I would need and how much it would cost using all Borla parts so if I get any updates I'll post them on here so you have an idea of what I might be doing.

Don't go above 2 1/2 if you want to keep your h/p. Any more and you will loose back pressure. Something import motors thrive on
