to be safe, rotate your crank a bit so the 1 and 6 pistons go down a a little and none of the pistons are up at the top. once your head is on and everything is tight, slowly adjust the crank and the cams (i see you put them approximately in the right positions already) so you can line up the timing belt.
you really should've put the head on first though, then the cams. it makes putting in the head studs much easier. now you have to turn the cams to tighten the head studs, but it's still doable. just a pain now. like i said, make sure none of your pistons are all the way up so you can freely rotate the cams to get a socket on the head studs
