I just bought a 89' fastback and start to get it to run properly because it produce double the amount emmisions. So what i've cleaned and replaced so far is the AIV sensor,PVC valve, oxygen sensor and the MAF sensor but when I cleaned the MAF sensor and started the car the idle jumped up to 1500 and it used to be at 750.so what could it be?

It could be possible that someone adjusted the idle screw instead of fixing the idle issue. That could be the reason that when you cleaned/replaced those parts, the idle was high. See if you can get it corrected with the idle position screw.

That is where it is. Also, check everything going to and from the EGR.
