Help me pick a rear brake upgrade.

I'm doing Q45 fronts but I don't know if Q45 rears would be an upgrade. I searched and only found answers for the fronts.

Q45 uses 292x9mm nonvented rotors with a single, 38.2mm piston caliper. I'm guessing thats an upgrade from S12 rear brakes.

specs from the Q45 FSM...
