one day my J30t started shaking and the check engine light turned on,it needed a tune up which i gave her and its still shakes when i accelerate what can it be?

Sounds like an injector failing.. Or.A spark plug failing , Or .A coil pack failing .

Start with determining what cylinder is missing.

With the engine running start pulling coils.when you get to the bad one the idle wont change when you pull it.

Then.Ohm the injector to see if its in spec.

Then swap the coil pack with another cylinder if the problem doesn't move with the coil do the same with the plug.

Keep in mind that even if the Injector ohms out OK it could still be clogged.A can of BG44K might cure that.
