It's not that we don't like shiny rims. It's just that our cars are more on the sporty side and shiny rims are for luxury cars. Catch my drift? If you like them then go for it dude and get them. It's your car and you make it look the way YOU want.

As far as the "blingy" wheels go, I have to admit that these aren't that bad. You're right though about most people going for darker (or at the very least a brushed finish) style of wheels around these parts. It's probably because our cars are more akin to Infiniti G's or the 350Z......rather than a Caddilac. Y'know what I mean?

Go with the wheels you like dude and F*#K what anyone says if it makes you happy. I'm not a chrome wheels guy myself, but I respect what you like and it's your car not mine/ours.

uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugly!!!!!

sometimes i don't understand people's tastes. maybe it's me, maybe its not. Putting these wheels on the A/C is like putting 22" spinners on the GTR. the two obviously don't mix (IMO).

the altima is going more for the sport look, that's why people here go for sporty looking wheels.throwing on some chromed out rims on a sporty car is bad taste in my opinion. Kind of like seeing people put 22s on the A/C and making it look like a 4x4...

oh yeha....

Are you looking for all 4 wheels for $400? or with a price range of $400 each wheel? To get 4 brand new wheels for $400 is not going to happen. Unless they are cheap, used or from pep-boys. Dude and even that is pushing it. Just giving you my thoughts. I live in LA and it's hard to do. And I have some HOOK-UP's. But for $400 it's not going to happen. Even for me with the hook-up's.

How semi-expensive dude? Look at this site and email me if you see anything you like. I will get you a discount price. My friends brother's best friend owns the company and he give me good hook-up's on them. With tires as well. These are TOP END wheels that are made for BMW, BENZ, and cars in that area.

If you want to do chrome then do chrome. Now i think the wheels in questions look kinda cheap and tacky - that is my objection to them - not simply the fact that it is chrome. If you go with Mr.Coupes suggestion of the MRR wheels - that first mesh wheel on the link would look nice in chrome.

For me personally - on my G - I was going for a custom look - but at the same time - i wanted it so well integrated that is could have been a factory option. This is why I chose the hyperblack (dark grey polished) finish on my Desert Platinum car (Metallic beige/gold/silver irredescent color). the only chrome on my car are the lips (actually brushed aluminum finish), and the emblems. I'm a grown man so I had to keep it grown and sexy

hmm... I am not that big fan of black rims. Personally I like wheels that look classy not over the top or ridiculous, unique but it still could be from the factory.

If you are looking for good companies, I looked at OZ racing, enkei, work, and rays engineering. I ended up getting work xt-7's in light matte grey silver.
