ok so it simply started by just a fuse from the rear lights/dash lights went out then i replaced it.. and the lights work but now that my lights work now the pop up headlights wont go down after they went up???

In that case... what have you checked?
Motors, relays, headlight switch, the popup/down button on the gauge cluster?
Did you come up with anything in your searches and did you follow the steps?
I found 2 threads from 1 minute of searching (I know there is more because I've had that problem before) - not sure if you have read through those yet...

From the first thread + the FSM (which you can find and download on here if you haven't already), there are only a handful of things that can be wrong - just a matter of elimination and how much time you have.
